The product was delayed, reached out and immediately got a response and explanation (holiday season usually stuff) I wasn’t mad but just wanted to know, they cleared the air quick and were super cool, like beyond typical customer service. 100/10 recommend them off that and being top notch people. Now to the hoodie, dang is it high quality. Super soft interior, long hood drawstrings with metal tips, decently thick (thicker then like avg store bought ones). Color is exactly like the pictures. Package was sealed in a zipped back and inside another padded package. They truly care and deliver great products. I wear a Large shirt but usually get XL hoodies as I like it a big baggie, perfect.

Color is exactly what you see in the picture. A lil snug but I like it. The matching pants are awful IMO, super baggy to the point they look absurd. Very disappointing.
