TrapxJitsu ONLY OFFERS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

TrapxJitsu RETURN POLICY

At TrapxJitsu, we take pride in the quality of every garment we sell. If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please read our return policy below for more details:

Exchanges and Shipping:

  1. TrapxJitsu does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
  2. TrapxJitsu does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
  3. TrapxJitsu does not cover the shipping cost for the exchange of item(s).
  4. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.
  5. Compression Shorts/Spats/Vale Tudo Shorts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

Returns for Money Back Refund:
  • TrapxJitsu does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
  • Products must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and must have the original tags still attached. No exceptions.
  • If the item shows any signs of wear, a money back refund will not be provided, and you will be given store credit instead.

Exchanges and Store Credit:
  • TrapxJitsu does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
  • Products must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and should be returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items covered in animal/human hair, items that smell like they have been washed, or products with a scent of smoke, cologne, deodorant markings, or sweat stains.
  • All items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale," or those purchased during holidays, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange process, please reach out to our customer service team via email at trapxjitsu@gmail.com

Status of your Return or Exchange: If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request through our online process, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Our team will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.

Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at trapxjitsu@gmail.com and include the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing list. Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email trapxjitsu@gmail and provide following details:
  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or send another product?)
  • Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.

Incorrect Shipping Address: TrapxJitsu holds no liability for reshipping items due to customers entering an incorrect shipping address. In the event of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the following policy applies:

  1. Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping information at the time of purchase.TrapxJitsu cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  2. Resolution: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, TrapxJitsu will not reship the item free of charge. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. As a one-time courtesy, we will offer the customer a 50% discount on their next purchase, excluding shipping costs.
  3. Procedure: To avail of the 50% discount, customers must contact TrapxJitsu's customer support within 14 days of the original delivery attempt. Proof of the incorrect shipping address may be required.
